HUMAN HEALTH: life expectation

Following the WHO (World Health Organization) report, life expectation will increase until 2020. However, scientists expect a reversal trend due to the increased obesity and alcohol and tobacco consumption. In Europe obesity is increasing, and alcohol and tobacco consumption is one of the highest in the world. In addition, the vaccination coverage is high, but just below the minimum threshold (96 %) to ensure a protective effect on the whole community. The WHO alerted Europe to pursue a “complete physical, mental and social welfare” as a final goal.
