Ever wonder what it would be like to be a Wildlife Ranger in Africa?
Rangers watch over some of the most endangered wildlife on the planet, like lions, elephants, and rhinos. Wildlife Rangers learn a lot about nature and wildlife so they can protect their parks' wildlife and ecosystems. Each ranger's work is slightly different. Some spend their days in the field, or on a boat checking up on wildlife's well-being or conducting research. Some work with local communities to provide environmental education. Some work to re-introduce animals to the wild.
Rangers undergo training to learn critical skills, and they learn even more on the job, advancing their knowledge every year.
